This guide is for end users getting started with Ryva. If you’re a developer looking to set up the development environment, see the Installation Guide.
Create your account
Sign up
Visit the Ryva signup page and create your account using email and password, or sign in with Google or GitHub.You’ll need to complete a CAPTCHA verification for security.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email from Ryva. Click the verification link to activate your account.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. The verification link expires after 24 hours.
Create your first organization
Organizations are workspaces where you collaborate with your team on projects.Choose a plan
Select the plan that fits your needs:
- Free: Basic features at no cost
- Personal: Individual use with API access ($20/month)
- Team: Team collaboration with advanced features ($75/month)
- Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations
Set up your organization
Provide a name for your organization and optionally configure a custom subdomain.
Invite your team
Navigate to organization settings
Click on your organization name in the sidebar, then select Settings → Members.
Send invitations
Enter team members’ email addresses and assign roles:
- Owner: Full control over the organization
- Admin: Manage members and settings
- Member: Access projects and contribute
Upgrade to Personal for individual API access, or Team for advanced collaboration features.
Explore your workspace
Your Ryva workspace includes everything you need to manage projects intelligently:Dashboard
The dashboard gives you an overview of your activities:- Active projects and tasks
- Recent updates
- Team activity
- Quick actions
Projects
Create and manage projects within your organization:- Organize work into projects
- Track progress and milestones
- Collaborate with team members
Settings
Customize your experience:- Update profile and preferences
- Manage notification settings
- Configure organization settings (if you’re an Owner/Admin)
Common tasks
Switch between organizations
Click your organization name in the sidebar to view all organizations you’re a member of. Select one to switch context.You can be a member of up to 10 organizations across all plans.
Upgrade your plan
To access advanced features or add more team members:- Navigate to Organization Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan and confirm
- Complete payment through Stripe
